From the Editor
2013 has been a momentous year for the Church with the resignation of one pope, the first in centuries, and the election of Pope Francis, who has set us on a path of renewal, by going out to the margins. A number of papers in the present issue explore the margins: with the secular world and the new evangelisation; in theology with new cultural voices to be heard; with those suffering from disabilities; and with the religious other in Catholic-Moslem dialogue. Finally a paper on the work of Hans Urs von Balthasar and the controversy his work has generated. I hope you enjoy the journey.
